Helping my best friend Janet Caruthers create My Own Book Of Knowledge was an educational experience and a joy for me. It is a wonderful example of her innovative way of using parts of everyday things to build a person’s basic vocabulary. My My Adobe Photoshop training and experience was put to the test with this workbook project
The Illustrated Dictionary of Everyday Things was also a creative challenge for me. Jan asked if I could come up with a cover that we might use for her new book that would illustrate her innovative teaching method. I drew out my ideas and after her acceptance, I used Adobe Photoshop to digitize the final front and back covers.
